Abstract

This document reflects the status of the work of Transmission System Operator experts as of
28 June 2013 in line with the ACER Framework Guidelines on Electricity System Operation
published on 2 December 2011 after the EC mandate letter was received by ENTSO-E on
24 February 2012. Furthermore, it is based on the input received through extensive informal
dialogue with stakeholders, as well as bilateral / trilateral meetings with ACER and with the EC.
